Christian first became acquainted with traditional pilates a few years ago while working as a personal trainer at elevation fitness. After spending many hours on a reformer he quickly realized that his inner core muscles were finally being activated. He also increased his flexibility and range of motion. He began referring his clients to other pilates instructors because he knew they would benefit greatly as he did. When approached about an opportunity to become certified and teach at Carrie’s he jumped at it. Christian blends his background of circuit training and strength training to bring a unique, challenging style to his classes at Carrie’s.
Christian has many fitness certifications and years of coaching experience under his belt. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Level 2 Precision Nutrition Coach and a NASM certified personal trainer.
