Daniel is one of the new trainers at Carrie's that recently completed the studio's teacher training program. A true believer in practicing what you preach, Daniel fell in love with the workout by coming to class anywhere from 4-6 times a week. He is a strong believer that you have to stay consistent in order to see results, and you have to enjoy your workout in order to stay consistent.
