With nearly a decade of experience as a personal trainer and Pilates instructor, Lisa Moloshok’s sweat-drenching, power sculpting workouts have garnered her popularity among LA’s elite fitness junkies. Her understanding of the human body and emphasis on form allow her to customize each student’s workout and push them to their limits while always protecting their body.
Lisa believes in pushing her students to become stronger, trust the process, and never give up on the struggle. Her classes are high-energy, challenging, and upbeat with lots of hands-on attention. Expect Lisa to push you forward – physically and mentally – to exceed what you thought was possible and become the very best version of yourself. Lisa is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) with specialties in Pre/Post Natal, Youth Fitness, TRX and Weight Management. In 2014, Lisa took the workout to the bike, when she also began teaching at SoulCycle Beverly Hills, West Hollywood and Downtown Los Angeles.
Since 2016 Lisa has worked closely with Puma as a #TeamFaster athlete.
